Since 1999, Liberty Builders founder Scott Deering has stayed true to his original vision by providing his clients with creative designs, excellent craftsmanship, and a professional, enjoyable environment.
Our bid process is simple. We give the option of cost plus a percentage, cost plus a flat fee, or a contract price, and then we stick to that number. During that process, the costs of materials and labor are carefully compiled and all are disclosed to our clients.
We are dedicated to your satisfaction and our own high-quality standards. Our goal is to develop relationships that last the life of your home, and to earn the trust of your referrals.
We are members of the Lake Oconee Area Home Builders Association/State License as Residential Contractor/member of Greene County Chamber of Commerce/Received 2002 Greene County Residential Restoration Award by Greensboro Historic Preservation Commission.
